Around here, we don’t just see a therapist. We heal, learn (and unlearn) and grow, together. We attend meditations, give regular hugs (when it's safe) and show off photos of our babies and pets. We explore ideas together at events and support each other when we have wobbles. We gather for our regular book club and for birthdays, share hobbies, write cards, and roast one another. Turns out, growing together as a community is so much better, because life was not meant to be done alone.

To protect our community and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following health and safety measures — so we can all have peace of mind.
Heightened deep-cleaning: We use top-grade disinfectant proven to kill COVID-19 to regularly disinfect everything from doorknobs to meditation mats to couches — regardless of how often they are used.
Our staff: We currently test our team — from therapists to meditation teachers — every day for COVID-19. Our staff wear face masks as required by law, and are also checked for symptoms of COVID-19 regularly. We encourage staff to limit person-to-person contact, including hugs and high fives.
Aside from respecting the safety guidelines put in place by the government, we ask that every member of our community takes our commitment seriously by following our house rules.
Social distancing: Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces like meditation rooms and common areas. Follow the markers placed around the room to maintain a safe distance.
If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel unwell: If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not visit us until you are symptom-free for at least a week. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come in for 7 days and until only after you’ve tested negative for COVID-19. If you feel unwell, please stay home and stay safe, but you can always reach out to us for support over chat or a phone call.
