What is mindish?mindish is a mental health company. We fundamentally believe that the mental health industry needs a do-over and we see access to mental health services as no longer an ‘option’, nor a visit warranted by illness, but rather an imperative for wellness: one that is key to the health and happiness of people everywhere. To this end, we offer therapy, meditations, and events to our members who are ‘doing the work’ within a community of like minded individuals.

Can I bring a guest to mindish? From time to time, we may allow members to bring guests to mindish at our discretion. Your guests must comply with our house rules and our additional policies. You are responsible for your guests and their behavior. We may ask any guest to leave for failing to comply with our rules. We allow guests, such as a spouse, romantic partner, or child, to join a private session at your request, as long as you believe this is helpful to you and we believe it is safe and appropriate to do so. They do not need to be a member, and there is no additional fee for their attendance; however, their ongoing participation must be within reason. As with our policy on guests, they will not be entitled to access any meditation practices or member events. If you wish to use mindish for long-term couples counselling, you will each need a membership. However, each session will only be deducted from one of your memberships (we let you choose!). This allows each partner to have their own Personal Growth Manager while giving them each access to meditations and member events that are helpful to them.
