Each practice is focused on a goal so you can align yourself with the intention of a practice that makes most sense for you. The styles and techniques used in each practice vary and each teacher adds their own personal twist informed by their extensive training and lived experience. In programing these practices, we have not just considered the techniques each teacher involves but the teachers themselves.
Access to our meditation programming is exclusively for mindish members only. Practices cannot be accessed individually or without a membership.
