All under one roof

Where minds meet
In our impersonal, digital world, we honor the need for an in-person experience. Beyond functionality, our facilities are built to soothe the senses — because feeling comfortable is the first step to getting vulnerable.
A sanctuary to call your own
Our locations are physical extensions of the mindish ethos; they are spaces where our community can feel calm, safe, and cared for.
It’s all in the details
Our clinics are comfortable and relaxed, because that’s how we want everyone to feel at mindish. Healing is not sterile, and neither are we. Purpose-built for a modern sensibility, every detail in our locations is designed with form, function, and sustainability in mind.

A place for
Sharing. Celebrating. Reflecting.

Our response to COVID-19

To protect our community and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following health and safety measures — so we can all have peace of mind.

Heightened deep-cleaning: We use top-grade disinfectant proven to kill COVID-19 to regularly disinfect everything from doorknobs to meditation mats to couches — regardless of how often they are used.

Our staff: We currently test our team — from therapists to meditation teachers —  every day for COVID-19. Our staff wear face masks as required by law, and are also checked for symptoms of COVID-19 regularly. We encourage staff to limit person-to-person contact, including hugs and high fives.

Aside from respecting the safety guidelines put in place by the government, we ask that every member of our community takes our commitment seriously by following our house rules.

Social distancing: Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces like meditation rooms and common areas. Follow the markers placed around the room to maintain a safe distance.

If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel unwell: If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not visit us until you are symptom-free for at least a week. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come in for 7 days and until only after you’ve tested negative for COVID-19. If you feel unwell, please stay home and stay safe, but you can always reach out to us for support over chat or a phone call.
